Custom orders are welcome. I love working together with the customer on a new design.

I ship using Canada Post. The international air mail does not include tracking. If you require the package sent via Registered Mail, Insured or Tracked, a separate charge will be incurred by the Buyer and I will send an invoice through PayPal. I am not responsible for any undelivered international shipments if Tracking is not purchased.

All order over $100 will have an automatic tracking set up.

Please contact me for all international purchases outside Canada or US.

FREE SHIPPING for each additional item you buy from KapKaDesign. I will combine all purchases within one day period to the same address at no additional charge. You are only charged the fee for one item with the highest shipping fee.

HOW IT WORKS:
I will set up 5 reserve listings for you.
The first will be the down payment + $5.00 fee (non-refundable) .
The other 4 will be your payments that need to be made every 2 weeks (refundable).
I will ship your item after the final payment.

Please make your payments every 2 weeks. If there is a problem please convo me. If you are over 7 days late on a payment, and have not made prior arrangements with me, the item will be placed back for sale. All payments, less the $5.00 fee and the 20% down will be refunded to you.
